Mike Wilcox

Mike Wilcox is one of the three original founders of CMG; his responsibilities span across corporate strategy, sales growth, and product innovation.

Prior to forming CMG, Mike was a member of the equity capital markets team at Robert W. Baird & Co., where he spent 10 years focused on the origination and execution of equity and equity-linked transactions across all industry sectors. During his tenure there, Mike participated in more than 200 equity offerings that raised over $50B in capital for Baird clients.

Mike graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a BBA degree in Finance and a minor in Economics.
